After earning his Business Science Honours, Peter kicked off his career as a Research Clerk at the prestigious Graduate School of Business, UCT. There, he built and managed a ground-breaking national strategic skills and staff development database, laying a solid foundation in data management. His passion for education shines through—he’s lectured on marketing, marketing research, and statistics, inspiring the next generation of thinkers.
Peter then joined Research International as a Junior Research Executive, climbing the ranks to Research Director in just five years. Fuelled by innovation, he launched his own venture, Dashboard Marketing Intelligence, harnessing the boom in mobile penetration to revolutionize research. His automated processes slashed costs, turnaround times, and errors, delivering sharper, more reliable results. A multi-award-winning innovator, Peter designed and led Africa and the Middle East’s largest brand tracker for over a decade, crafting tailored systems for process analysis and reporting automation. Along the way, he gained a wealth of business experience across Africa.
Driven by a belief that sustainability isn’t enough, Peter turned his focus to development and regeneration. As Head of Operations at the LEAP Institute, an NPO, he championed Asset Based Community Development, deepening his insight into the development landscape and empowering communities. His expertise lies in how structured information flows can transform businesses, communities, and development initiatives, backed by his mastery in data validation.
This passion birthed a visionary project—designed to break down the key barriers to sustainable development with ethical governance at its core. Leveraging the transformative potential of blockchain and AI, FundTrace's solution promises a future of transparency, trust, and growth.
Alan Lipschitz: Non-Executive Director and Business Development
Alan is a tech entrepreneur with 35 years’ experience, from a start-up in South Africa (Interface media) to Group Chairman of Incubeta, a global digital marketing agency specializing in integrated solutions that combine strategic insights, data-driven technology, and creative execution to drive sustainable business growth for brands across the customer journey. With over 20 years of operation, the company serves more than 1,600 clients, including major names like Google, L'Oréal, Netflix, and Hyundai, by leveraging exclusive partnerships and AI-enhanced tools to deliver measurable results such as significant ROAS [MC1] improvements and revenue increases. At scale, Incubeta employs over 800 experts across 20 offices worldwide, spanning six continents, and has achieved 20-fold growth in the past seven years, establishing itself as a leader in performance marketing with award-winning initiatives.
More recently, Alan started Fair Aim Capital, an investment firm to drive business growth with AI.
Colin de Boer: CFO
Colin is a chartered accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in the financial industry. He has experience in retail and management. Starting out in the auditing profession, his attention to detail is outstanding. He has more than two decades of experience as Group CFO for an innovative financial services group, managing the accounts, projects and financial strategy.
